Flow Into Your Intentions Workshop w/ Brooke

When: Sunday January 27th
Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Description: Set your new year intentions during this 90-minute workshop. Through an all-levels gentle flow and guided breathing, we’ll find balance, ready our hearts and minds, and make space for the new year. We’ll spend time reflecting, praying, and looking forward into 2019 with journaling prompts, followed by relaxation and guided meditation. Leave this workshop feeling refreshed and motivated for the season ahead.
