Interrupt Anxiety with Gratitude

Join us Tuesday, Sept. 12 for a “Interrupt Anxiety with Gratitude,” a prayer journaling workshop. This workshop will be replacing Mind Body Flow for that week only. Please bring a journal and any art supplies you have. We will have some supplies there.
