The health and safety of our community is our top priority. We ask for your assistance in keeping yourself and others safe and healthy. These are the guidelines we are following and asking of our community.
Sign-up for in-studio classes is available 7 days prior to a class.
Online classes are emailed with Zoom info separately.
We are currently allowing new members but at this time are not accepting in-studio drop-ins.
Please email email@example.com
Less than 10 hours notice/late cancellation: $5 fee
No Show/Less than 1 hours notice cancellation: $15 fee
Proceeds will go to the 7th and final singing bowl for the studio.
CURRENT SAFETY GUIDELINES:
We will follow state and CDC guidelines.
Students who test positive for COVID-19 or have had contact with anyone who tests positive may not return to the studio until after they have quarantined for 14 days or provide a negative test result. Please only contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to protect privacy. We ask that you utilize our online offerings during that time.
We will begin with a limited schedule and slowly add based on attendance and other factors.
The Studio will be cleaned and sanitized between each class.
Face masks are not mandatory but will be left for each student or instructor to decide.
We have mapped out the studio marked areas for mat placement to ensure adequate social distancing.
We will require anyone with symptoms of illness to refrain from coming to the studio. A verbal screening process is done at the door.
All classes are limited to a max of 7 students, with the Restorative Yin (masks required, members only) class limited to 5.
Due to limited class size, sign-up is required online prior to attending classes.
If less than 3 students are signed up 24 hours prior to a class, it will be cancelled.
Please show up 10-15 minutes before class begins; there will be no last minute or late arrivals. An instructor will be locking the door at the scheduled lock time to help ensure we respect our member’s time.
Blankets will be loaned out to members to take home and bring. We have block covers which will be laundered after each use. Bolster’s will only be used for Sunday and Thursday’s restorative classes and washed between each use.
Students must bring their own mat. They can’t be left there. If a student forgets a mat, they can rent a studio mat for $4 (cash or charge on account).
We know how excited we will be to see each other after this time apart but please be sure to maintain distancing.
If you travel internationally we ask that you refrain from attending in-person classes for two weeks. Online classes will still be available for you during that time. (instructors and members)
