Sign-up for in-studio classes is available 7 days prior to a class. 
Online classes are emailed with Zoom info separately.

With our soft re-opening, we are now allowing new members (first class free! 2 week pass for $29) (must pass health questionnaire). We ask anyone who has traveled internationally or to a “hot spot” in the US, to wait 14 days before coming to in-studio classes and utilize our online platform. Online classes are still available for drop-in. 

New student? Make sure to fill out a waiver [click here] before signing up for your first class! 

As we prepare to reopen, we wanted to share some of the steps we will be taking to assure everyone’s safety.

We will follow state and CDC guidelines.

We will begin with a limited schedule and slowly add based on attendance and other factors.

The Studio will be cleaned and sanitized between each class.

Face masks are not mandatory but will be left for each student or instructor to decide.

We have mapped out the studio marked areas for mat placement to ensure adequate social distancing.

We will require anyone with symptoms of illness to refrain from coming to the studio. There will be temperature checks at the door and a verbal screening process.

All classes are limited to a max of 7 students at this time.

Due to limited class size, sign-up is required online prior to attending classes.

If less than 2 students are signed up 24 hours prior to a class, it will be cancelled.

Please show up 10-15 minutes before class begins; there will be no last minute or late arrivals. An instructor will be locking the door at the scheduled lock time to help ensure we respect our member’s time.

Blankets will be loaned out to members to take home and bring. We have block covers which will be laundered after each use. Bolster’s will only be used for Sunday and Thursday’s restorative classes and washed between each use.

Students must bring their own mat.  They can’t be left there.  If a student forgets a mat, they can rent a studio mat for $4 (cash or charge on account).

We know how excited we will be to see each other after this time apart but please be sure to maintain distancing.  

If you travel internationally we ask that you refrain from attending in-person classes for two weeks. Online classes will still be available for you during that time. (instructors and members)



How to sign-up for in-studio classes:

  • sign-up opens 7 days in advance
  2. Scroll to desired class
  3. click the blue button
  4. Scroll to select “1”
  5. Fill in name + email
  6. Click “Confirm”
  7. You will be emailed a confirmation
  • If needing to cancel, please email with 24 hours advance notice to
  • Sign-up closes once we hit 7 students OR 1 hours prior to class start
  • If less than 2 are signed up 24 hours in advance, the class will be cancelled and you will be emailed
  • Please honor your sign-up, as you are taking a spot

    Online classes do not require sign-up, are available for drop-in (get a buddy to do it with you!).
