Come rest and restore with the ancient christian tradition or prayer/devotion of Lectio Devina. This practice deepens one’s relationship with God through reading, reflecting, responding and resting in the word.
Please bring a journal.
We will use restorative postures to enhance your experience of relaxation.
This month’s theme:
The story of Jesus’s birth is a story of those that said “YES”, a story of discipleship and risk. Reignite your living faith and deepen your discipleship by considering one-by-one the main characters of the Christmas story.
