Relax Your Mind & Body: Restorative yoga with guided meditation
Learn how to Meditate through this guided meditation experience.
Weekly class offerings may include; Lectio Divina, Guided Imagery meditation, Body Scan, etc…
You Can Wear Whatever You Want
While you do want to feel comfortable while you’re sitting or lying down, there’s no need to wear yoga clothes. You will be expected to remove your shoes upon entrance.
You Don’t Have to Sit
Your instructor will offer options when it comes to either sitting or lying down. There will be the standard blankets, blocks for sitting, but there will also be variations including some with back support using the wall. We also have yoga props (bolsters and blankets), which you can incorporate for more comfort. Restorative yoga poses may be included to help enhance the practice.
