Tuesday Morning Bliss with Bonnie 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.
A gentle, flowing practice infused with some grounding yin postures to get you “blissfully” started with your day! Although this isn’t a rigorous practice, you’ll stretch and increase your range of motion with adaptations available for various levels of practice.

Wednesday Lunchtime Flow with Kathy 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.

Align your breath with movement – cultivate a strong body and calm mind. This engaging class will allow you to wind down from the stresses of the day.

All levels. (prenatal, beginner and first timer friendly).

Friday Yoga Barre(less) with Laura 5:45 - 6:45 pm

A blend of toning and stretching woven together with familiar yoga poses and flow to create a different kind of energetic yoga class. This flow is a great choice for those looking for more cardio in their yoga practice. No barre is actually required; a sturdy chair or wall is recommended. A soft block, small hand weights no more than 5 lbs and a squishy ball would enhance the class but is not necessary.
