A blend of toning and stretching woven together with familiar yoga poses and flow to create a different kind of energetic yoga class. This flow is a great choice for those looking for more cardio in their yoga practice. No barre is actually required; a sturdy chair or wall is recommended. A soft block, small hand weights no more than 5 lbs and a squishy ball would enhance the class but is not necessary.
