Zoom Classes & Online Content

In compliance with our city ordinance, our brick and mortar location will remain closed until May 10th. We will reopen on May 11th with a limited in-studio schedule. We will continue with online offerings. Please read more about our policies during our reopen stage here

During this time we will be offering weekly content online. Each class’s Zoom link will be emailed to members.

Non-members may join for $10 drop-in. pass for one month of unlimited classes is also offered during this time to new or returning members for $45.

We appreciate all of you and miss hugging each one of you. We can’t wait until we can open our little studio once again!

Online Classes May 11 - June 30

Monday Evening Yin with Megan 7:15 - 8:00 p.m.

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative class that is composed of seated and reclined poses, each held anywhere from 2-7 minutes. This unique style focuses on targeting the connective tissues (bones, joints, ligaments and fascia.) This class emphasizes body awareness and does require a physical effort to hold the poses which may be challenging at times but also deepens the meditative experience. This class is a great compliment to more dynamic and muscular practices.

Tuesday Morning Bliss with Bonnie 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.
A gentle, flowing practice infused with some grounding yin postures to get you “blissfully” started with your day! Although this isn’t a rigorous practice, you’ll stretch and increase your range of motion with adaptations available for various levels of practice.

Wednesday Lunchtime Flow with Kathy 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.

Align your breath with movement – cultivate a strong body and calm mind. This engaging class will allow you to wind down from the stresses of the day.

All levels. (prenatal, beginner and first timer friendly).

Friday Yoga Barre(less) with Laura 5:45 - 6:45 pm

A blend of toning and stretching woven together with familiar yoga poses and flow to create a different kind of energetic yoga class. This flow is a great choice for those looking for more cardio in their yoga practice. No barre is actually required; a sturdy chair or wall is recommended. A soft block, small hand weights no more than 5 lbs and a squishy ball would enhance the class but is not necessary.

Sunday Lectio Divina with Bonnie 7:30 - 8:00 pm * May 31, June 14 & 28 only

Come rest and restore with the ancient christian tradition or prayer/devotion of Lectio Devina. This practice deepens one’s relationship with God through reading, reflecting, responding and resting in the word. Please bring a journal. We will use restorative postures to enhance your experience of relaxation.
