Core & Pelvic Floor Classes with Ky’Lee Baumert

Movement and education designed to support women’s core, pelvic floor, and whole-body well-being—empowering strength, confidence, and connection through every stage of life.

Led by a women’s health physical therapist, these classes and workshops blend Pilates-based movement with practical education to improve core coordination, pelvic floor function, balance, and overall strength. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, navigating peri-menopause or menopause, or simply wanting to move well and feel supported in your body, each session is designed to meet you where you are—no matter your age, experience, or season of life.

Please note our cancellation policy: cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the event may have half the amount credited to future events if space is available.  This one is perfect if you’re just getting started, it’s been a while, or you need those extra reps to really feel confident with your breath, core, and pelvic floor connection (this stuff takes time – be patient with yourself 🤍).

Leaking when you cough, laugh, or sneeze? Feeling heaviness during everyday tasks? Or simply want to feel more connected with your body? Core Restore is a 45-minute Pilates-inspired class taught by women’s health physical therapist Ky’Lee Baumert. Through intentional movements, you’ll build awareness of your deep core, pelvic floor, and glutes. Small-group, targeted cues help you feel confident you’re engaging the right muscles – and know when to engage or release your pelvic floor. A class designed for all women, at every stage of life!

This option is for those who’ve been to a few classes (and practiced a bit at home) and feel comfortable with the basics. We’ll skip the intro and move right into slightly more progressed exercises so you can keep building.
