A one hour class addressing personal protect strategies and self-defense techniques. This class will focus on preventative measures to help not becoming a victim. A few physical techniques will be taught only to demonstrate anyone can have the ability to learn self-defense with proper instruction.
Strategies for home, work, shopping, traveling, jogging. Awareness drills to develop a heighten sense of surroundings. Awareness is the number one tool to combat an assault!
Be aware, don’t become a victim!
