Interested in yoga but scared to take that first step into the studio?
Come join Bonnie to discover WHO can do yoga, WHAT is the best way to get into poses, WHEN is the best class to take as a beginner, WHERE you can find a safe space to practice, WHY we do yoga, and HOW to practice yoga!

No yoga experience necessary, all levels are welcome! We have mats 🙂

Bonnie is the founder of Studio 4:8 Yoga located in Lincoln, NE and is the director of training/lead instructor for Studio 4:8 School of Yoga: Lincoln’s only Christ-centered Yoga teacher training program. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ministry and leadership from Grace Bible College.
