Seasonal Transitions: A Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture Workshop

Studio 4:8 Yoga and Lincoln Acupuncture Project are stoked to bring you a nourishing springtime detoxifying experience.

Spring is the season of regrowth and rejuvenation. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the season of the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. Join us as we move the body slowly and mindfully with a 60-minute liver- focused restorative practice. Once your properly blissed out, indulge in a relaxing supported posture for 30-minutes of acupuncture. After all that hard work, rest easy in savasana where you’ll be pampered with a head, shoulder, and neck massage. As you rest, soak in the harmonious sounds of the crystal singing bowls.

This folks, is the ultimate self-care experience, bound to leave you feeling grounded, connected, and at peace.

Bonnie is the founder of Studio 4:8 yoga located in Lincoln, NE and is the director of training/lead instructor for Studio 4:8 School of Yoga: Lincoln’s only Christ-Centered Yoga teacher training program. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ministry and leadership from Grace Bible College.

Places/focus of study include: Shoshoni Ashram- Colorado, “Jesus at the Core” through Holy Yoga – New York, Therapeutic Touch Training, through Holy Yoga – Irvine, CA, 200hr RYT-Yoga Alliance-Lincoln, Ne, Restorative Yoga Certification through Bhadra Yoga in Omaha. 300-hour through Holy Yoga, 500-hr Masters-HYI Holy Yoga, Yin Yoga-True Nature School of Yoga, San Diego, CA, Restorative Yoga: Bhadra Yoga, Omaha, NE, Thai Yoga), Trauma Informed Yoga Certification through the Prison Yoga Project/ San Diego California.

Cait Cain, L.Ac has been practicing acupuncture in a community setting for nearly 8 years, first in California and now here in Nebraska. She loves community, cats and collaboration. Poking folks with tiny needles is also tons of fun. She owns Lincoln Acupuncture Project.

Refunds are not available for events/workshops as your payment reserves your spot, and the teacher is paid for your spot whether you are in attendance or not. Credit may be given for another workshop of equal or lesser value on a per-case basis.
