A 4-part workshop with Bonnie

Yamas, and their complement, Niyamas, represent the first two series of “right living” ethical principles in the Classical Yoga eight-fold path. In this workshop, we’ll process the Yamas and Niyamas through scripture, meditation and discussion to learn how these ancient yet relevant guidelines can create the conditions for a deeper yoga to flourish within.

Over the course of 4 sessions*, discover how we can integrate the Yamas and Niyamas into our daily life experiences both on and off the mat, resulting in a deeper, richer and more fulfilling life.

These are the foundations. And like Christ said…the wise man builds his house upon the rock (Matthew 7:24-27).

Yes, we may embody the Yamas and Niyamas in practice…but this workshop will allow these to really serve as a reflective tool for greater self-awareness and truth. And truth only comes by the Holy Spirit.

As we apply these principles through a Biblical viewpoint to our asana practice, we’ll open doors to reveal parts of our lives often unnoticed.
Equally important, these principles help guide us toward clearer personal choices in a period in history where ethical norms are in question.

Deepen your yoga practice.

Add depth to your understanding of the practice.
