Help clients to figure out their personal health and wellness goals, to holistically help develop strategies to overcome them. We will work through current concerns and find what brings you true joy in life while building self-confidence to develop exercise, nutrition and stress reduction goals to manage health conditions and adopt healthy habits.
One on One Wellness Coaching Sessions Include:
- Discussing what you would like to accomplish
- Setting small and realistic goals
- Physical, dietary, emotional, and lifestyle assessment
- Developing an action plan
Your coach will:
- Provide resources
- Provide health supported advice and monitor goals
- Provide follow up and feed back
- Explain and advise on behavior modifications to increase healthy habits
- Help you grow spiritually so you can find your healthiest self

Pamela Mueri is the Community Outreach Specialist at Partnership for a Healthy Lincoln. She also works part-time as a Wellness Consultant at Studio 4:8 Yoga. She received her degree in Food Service & Hospitality with an emphasis in Nutrition. She is currently working on her Health Coach Certification from the National Association for Fitness Professionals, as well as a degree in Health & Wellness Management. Pamela has spent the majority of her career working to establish healthy standards in schools and community organizations. Her recent work in the non-profit sector helped fuel her passion in the areas of health and nutrition education. She is excited to be involved in the Farm to School movement helping to decrease child obesity rates, as well as creating and implementing wellness policies in schools. In her free time Pamela enjoys gardening, hiking, spending time with family and traveling with her husband Jeff. She is excited to work one on one with those seeking to live a healthy, balance life!
