Kids of all ages are invited but the class is designed for kids 11 and under. The hour will include: 20-minutes of Craft Time 30-minutes of fun themed kids yoga practice and creative movement 10-minutes of yoga relaxation Drop-in Rate - $15/child Cash/check only or CC payment through Venmo/square through Laura.
Taught by: Kathy This 45 minute class is designed for new or seasoned yogis and aligns breath with movement – cultivating strong bodies and calm minds.This engaging class will leave you feeling energized for the rest of your week. The last ten minutes will be spent in savasana (rest).
Taught by: Brooke Come rest and restore with the ancient christian tradition or prayer/devotion of Lectio Devina. This practice deepens one’s relationship with God through reading, reflecting, responding and resting in the word. Please bring a journal. We will use restorative postures to enhance your experience of relaxation.
