Studio 4:8 brings yoga right to your door. We offer a convenient way to practice yoga at your business, school, club, church, athletic team, women’s retreats or community. Our 4:8 Outreach team is certified at the Yoga Alliance RYT200+ level. Our instructors offer the tools for healthy changes, we encourage people of all levels become healthy in body and mind and most importantly, spirit.
