Kid’s Yoga: Building Strong Friendships

Theme: 1 Thessalonians 5:11 “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”
Kids of all ages are invited but the class is designed for kids 10 and under. The hour will include:
20-minutes of Craft Time
30-minutes of fun themed kids yoga practice and creative movement
10-minutes of yoga relaxation
