FREE – Kid’s Yoga

Join us for #SmallBizSat this Nov 24 and #ShopSmall at the businesses you love. Small BusinessSaturday is a traditional shopping holiday to celebrate small business. We want you, our Lincoln neighborhood, to experience our Studio 4:8 community. We’re offering free yoga classes and membership specials all weekend.

3 – “A countdown of Thankfulness” craft: making a Thankful tree for the studio.
10 – Grateful for God’s Blessings
17 – “Thanksgiving” Craft: Thanksgiving Turkeys
24 – “Incredible Me” Scripture reference: Psalm 139:14
Kids of all ages are invited but the class is designed for kids 11 and under. The hour will include:
20-minutes of Craft Time
30-minutes of fun themed kids yoga practice and creative movement
10-minutes of yoga relaxation
