Spring is the season of regrowth and rejuvenation. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the season of the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. Join us as we move the body slowly and mindfully with a 60-minute liver- focused restorative practice. Once your properly blissed out, indulge in a relaxing supported posture for 30-minutes of acupuncture. After all that hard work, rest easy in savasana where you’ll be pampered with a head, shoulder, and neck massage. As you rest, soak in the harmonious sounds of the crystal singing bowls.

Bonnie is the founder of Studio 4:8 yoga located in Lincoln, NE and is the director of training/lead instructor for Studio 4:8 School of Yoga: Lincoln’s only Christ-Centered Yoga teacher training program. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ministry and leadership from Grace Bible College.

Cait Cain, L.Ac has been practicing acupuncture in a community setting for nearly 8 years, first in California and now here in Nebraska. She loves community, cats and collaboration. Poking folks with tiny needles is also tons of fun. She owns Lincoln Acupuncture Project.
